I ran alone and at easy pace from my house (right by the high school) to Greenway Meadows and then I did a loop around the park & ran back home. It took me about an hour. My shins started hurting a lot during the last third of the run, but overall it was pleasant and the weather was really nice.

i ran my 4 mile tempo around my neighborhood and the adjacent old-people neighborhood. i was running fine in the beginning but then a little bit over halfway through my run i had to stop to go potty. i did not run as fast during the second half. my average pace was 6:24. i attached my route that i created on mapmyrun.com. tell me if you can see it.

Hello! I ran the 4 mile tempo alone today int he neighborhoods in Cranbury. My mile time was around 6:45-7. Overall, the run felt fine but I still have the occasional wheezing. HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!

I did four 1-mile loops around my neighborhood. If you start from my driveway and go downward to Brookstone, follow it to Wendover, and finishing at the stop sign on Greenway is 1 mile. Then I do it backwards, then forward, then backward.
I think it went well, I wasn't in pain. The only thing that irked me was that I didn't get the first mile split because I guess I hit a button.
My average pace for the last 3 miles was 6:37. I'm not sure if it's faster forwards or backwards because there is a significant up and downhill both ways. The forwards way has a steeper hill though. Also, I was trying not to speed up at the end of each mile so my pace could be even. But in the last flat stretch like 2/10 of a mile before the stop sign during my 3rd mile, I wasn't even fatigued really, but I think I just got distracted and I suspect I may have slowed down a little. It's also possible that I just didn't speed up as much as I did in that part for my other two reps. But I ran up the hill really fast and stayed mentally engaged after I got to the top because it was the "middle" of the workout so I am happy. For the last 2/10 of the last mile I went really fast like striders since I messed up the end of the last rep. My last 3 splits were 6:35, 6:43, 6:33.

I don't know how far I went, I just ran to Mountain Lakes and then when i came home I had 10 minutes left so I did a mile around my neighborhood. My last mile was 7:51. My hip felt tight but that's not a big deal. I am pretty sure I saw Carson Eisenach.
