Wed 12/5/07 Workouts
To all:
Tonights workout is at 7pm in Jadwin Gym (if you click on this you can get a map. Click on the blue flag and get directions if you need them) You should arrive at 6:45 so that you are ready to start practice at 7pm sharp. The endurance group will warm up, stretch and ab inside then go for a 30 min run outside and finish with some cadence work on the track and a bodyweight circuit workout, cooldown and stretch. Dress appropriately so you can add and remove layers as needed. Also, if you have a reflective vest that you can wear that would be helpful. I have two that I will bring to practice and I have ordered more so you can buy one (5$) off of me when they come in.Every distance runner should really have one of these.
Sprinters. Your workout will consist of team warmup, stretch, abs, I will teach you a new warm up series, skill development (sprinters will work on running form, hurdlers will start on hurdling technique, throwers will start on trhowing drills and high jumpers will work on jumping drills)a bodyweight ciruit workout cooldown and stretch.All of this will be completed in the gym.
